Oriental Rug Spa is a Persian rug cleaning company which is Master Rug Cleaner certified and Woolsafe approved. It is a division of New Look Carpet Care Ltd which has been involved in the textile care industry since 1989 and now operates a fully dedicated rug cleaning facility in Camberley, Surrey. You can now drop your rugs off and be safe in the knowledge that they will completely rejuvenated and restored to their former glory.

All fibre types can be treated, whether they are wool rugs, silk rugs, viscose rugs, rayon rugs or cotton rugs. I would highly recommend Oriental Rug Spa:all aspects of their service are exceptional. I engaged them to clean four different styles of rug and all of them have come up fantastically well. All communication was clear, timely, knowledgable and friendly. The rugs were collected and delivered to and from my home which was very convenient and Dan was able to complete the job very promptly which was much appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to use Oriental Rug Spa again.

After trying rug cleaning companies that come to your home to clean my rug and never feeling fully satisfied with the clean I finally tried Oriental Rug Spa and I am so glad I did. Dan was great in providing information about the process and setting my expectations as it was going to be a challenging job. They did a fantastic job and my rug looks almost new! 100% recommend to anyone considering using their services. I will only use them for cleaning my rug in the future.

We have used a few cleaners for our rugs over the years and ORS rates as one the best. They did a great job of bringing back to life our grimy Titetan hall runner that had suffered from years of mucky shoes. The service couldn't be more personable which makes paying far less painful - even if it was reasonablly priced. Why 4 stars? Nobody gets 5.

I had two large Wilton rugs cleaned by this Company.
They were 19 years old and a little flat and slightly stained.
They came back totally renewed. The pile was lifted and
colours restored. I would recommend this Rug Spa.

Oriental Rugs were excellent.They arrived on time and provided 3 alternative estimates. We selected one there and then and the rug was taken away.

It was returned within the promised time frame and it is now back in position looking and feeling very much better.

I had three Turkish rugs cleaned and mended, and I’m really pleased with the service. The rugs were picked up from my home and then delivered back to storage, which was perfect as my house is being refurbished. Great communication throughout and very easy to deal with. The service from ORS was very professional and great value. Dan explained how he would treat my rug which has been a centrepiece in my homes for over 25 years. The results were beautiful. The sheen and colours have been restored and the pile is lovely and soft. The turnaround was timely and the premises were pretty straightforward to access. I'm delighted with their service.

Your service was excellent from start to finish the rug was beautifully clean, the pile was totally revitalised and it smelt so fresh again after my Border Terrier had a little accident on it! I would highly recommend your service from my experience.

Excellent service. The owner was very honest in his appraisal of a large stain on my Afghan rug. It was quite bad and he wasn’t sure it could be 100% cleaned. In the end He did a first class job. I Highly recommend this company. Repairing an oriental carpet isn’t cheap but the care and professionalism invested in a much loved and valuable carpet by Dan is definitely worth the outlay. Persian, Oriental and contemporary rugs can all be a large investment. They can be the show piece to many rooms, with some homeowners choosing a colour scheme to complement the pallet of the rug itself. Hand woven rugs should be considered as pieces of art due to the skill required to achieve the intricate designs, coupled with the considerable time taken to produce.

Therefore it is essential that rugs are treated carefully and not cleaned in-situ, the same way as a fitted carpet.

We use residue free and environmentally safe solutions during the rug washing process.

Initially, your rug will be carefully examined. Any stains, damage and areas of concern will be noted. A quotation for the rug cleaning will be provided so that you are fully aware of the costs involved prior to any work being undertaken.

The rug care process begins with dry soil removal, followed by dye stability testing. We practice all methods of rug cleaning, from full washing, through to dry cleaning. Each rug will be cleaned utilising the appropriate technique to best achieve the the desired results.
